I have used this service on and off for the last 6 years and it has been a great addition to the other services I am using. I jumped on board because of the low price point but stuck around after I started working with a few interested buyers.
Huge waste of time. The leads I received wanted me to hold their hand through out the whole process. I ended up with a listing and a buyer after 2 months but it took a lot of work.
